PDB’s complete bathroom packages start from $20,000 for Standard, $25,000 for Premium and $30,000 for Luxury. Your final fixed-price quote reflects your bathroom’s size, layout, selected products and agreed scope.

Each package includes design, demolition, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, fixtures and clean-up. The consultation and written quote confirm the inclusions for your room before work begins.

A standard renovation typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, as set out on PDB’s current website. The programme for a more customised renovation depends on the design, selections and agreed scope, and is confirmed during planning.

Domestic bathroom renovations are covered by the statutory warranties under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 (SA), including standards for workmanship, suitable materials and compliance with agreed plans and legal requirements. Your applicable Australian Consumer Law rights also continue to apply.

Yes. A portable ensuite can be arranged at an additional cost so your household has bathroom facilities during the renovation. Discuss access and availability during the consultation.

PDB can coordinate specialist asbestos removal as part of the project. Any suspected materials are assessed and the removal scope is agreed before renovation work proceeds.
